| It means the injection molding type which was created with
the RP equipment, using the Mitsukuri -shaped equipment, it creates and it is
using this " the direct type " for the forming. It is using the direct
type exclusive use resin to support an injection molding for the resin of the
Mitsukuri -shaped equipment. It doesn't need a type drawing and so on and the
injection molding type can be made with short time because it does a type design
directly by the CAD from 3-D data and it molds it. It depends on the shape of
the fruit product ( the formation article ), but it is possible to form tens -
a hundreds shot and it suits an experimental production before mass production,
the experimental production of the shape confirmation and so on. |
